yep same here. 14 February. This is appalling. I'll try dx11 then. It's no wonder people avoid EA like the plague and the platform is well on its way out
@HECT DX12 is definitely broken. Same problem here on RTX3080. Looks like it's been broken for a couple years and never fixed it. Guess they don't give games much support
Still having problems on DX12. I have a 3080 and it’s unplayable laggy.

I found the issue, this is regarding ALL DX12 games with stuttering. Its a windows issue not game issue.
1. Open Exploit Protection in windows
2. Add program and choose the full path name on the exe file of the game
3. Enable CFG and turn it off.
@BenTus_XLThis worked for me too with the dx12 issue - still takes a little while to load shaders for each level, but worth it!
Now just need the freaking 1hp bug to get fixed now, so we can play it!
