EA access Hub and Battlefront 2 not working

Question

Hi,I just bought battlefront 2 and every time I open the game, I can only do single player because it gives me the error message telling me my account has been temporarily locked and to contact support. I can't connect online on battlefront 2 even though I have internet connection.&nbsp; can't even open up EA access Hub before it tells me "Oops it seems we've run into and error".&nbsp;I just need to know what I need to do. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling already and power cycling.&nbsp;I do live in Korea so I'm not sure if it has something to do with using my Xbox abroad.&nbsp;Thanks.&nbsp;
