EA Credential Reset/Xbox Account Link Prompt

Battlefront 2 on the Xbox won’t connect to my EA account. I have reset my credentials using the QR prompt over 7 times. I have logged in via mobile and paired my EA account to XBox and it still asks me to reset password.  After I do, it loops this transaction through the console again as well. I Have spent over 2 hours trying to find a loop hole that works as the system is complete and utter garbage. EA are horrible stewards of their content.
