EA, help us!! We need to identify and eliminate the hacker ruining the game.

I've seen more threads about this issue, but I don't know why they're listed as "fixed" when the problem obviously hasn't been fixed. The cheating hacker keeps ruining the game.

In the game chat, messages appear as if they're from the admins. This character or group of evil people is apparently called "Halloswatter," but I think they have other names as well. EA, please listen, we can't go to the "player profile" and "REPORT," since this isn't a player. I don't understand how they do it, but they ruin the game even though they aren't a player you can report in the traditional way.

It starts by typing in the chat, and then all the players' cameras are the same, and they fly around the map. This lasts for a few minutes. While this is happening, ironically, players can respawn, but it's useless since the camera keeps flying. After the flying camera stops, players can respawn with their normal camera, but it's useless since all players are defeated seconds after spawning and teleported to a different location.

EA, please, it's annoying to explain this. I hope you don't delete the test videos I'll upload. You need to see what happens to us players. If you want to delete the videos, ask me so I can send them to you another way.

Apparently, the hacker has administrator access to the servers, which is why we don't see him in-game, and he speaks in the chat as an administrator. In that case, please, EA, restart the servers or update the login credentials or something.

Up until a few days ago, messages from the hacker with server administrator access were no longer appearing. The camera would simply fly around the map without any messages from the hacker in the chat. It's as if this individual or group of individuals were trying to hide the fact that they have access to the game's servers. ANYWAY THIS RUINED THE GAME FOR EVERYONE.

But now the messages are popping up again:

(In the second image, I only left what the hacker with admin credentials wrote. So they wouldn't delete the image, because they were angry messages against this hacker who ruins the game for people who are playing this game for the first time after buying it, and for those of us who have been playing it for years.)
