Requesting a Refund
Hi, I am posting here hoping that someone can help me. I purchased Battlefront 2 Celebration Edition whatever last night hoping to play it, but it was not visible in my library after waiting an hour and clearing cache and attempting other possible fixes on the EA App. I have the email receipt and it shows on my EA order history, but now at the time of this writing, it is still not present in my library. On the Game Hub, it shows that I own it. And whenever I try to use the Refund Tool, no eligible games show up. At this point, I have no interest in playing in the game through the EA App. Can I please get a refund?
Battlefront 2 won't launch on EA app
Battlefront 2 refuses to launch on EA app. I try to launch it, EA app briefly closes and reopens. That's it. No gaming for me, I guess. Repairing or reinstalling both the game and EA app doesn't help. Same with clean boot. Clearing the cache, launching as admin etc etc etc doesn't help. Even reinstalling Windows 11 didn't help. People have been reporting this issue with different games for more than 3 years, yet EA still won't fix it. Marvelous. Case number 214802069 for reference.
I am having urgent issues loading into maps moving my hero
I am having urgent issues loading into maps or evening being able to move or see my characters or hear any sounds at all This started 2 weeks ago plus my game somtimes send me back to menue or dosent load into the map at all and just crashes. i hate this i join a round and then cannot play but my friends and enemys can see me or attack me i cannot do or move or defend myself im stuck nothing is solving this at all what should i do? ive played since 2017 and this just started 2 weeks ago . my friend says Just go the game in your library, click the three dots (...) and there is a repair option [7:54 PM] I have it on mine, just checked. ON My EA app i dont have this at all i see the 3 dots but not Repair optionCant Connect To servers
I keep getting error code 770 I have tried google dns servers flushing my dns I have confirmed it is a problem with my wifi because on my hotspot and it worked just fine but I need it to work on this network. Also Dont know if this helps but if i use my norton vpn it works for like 10-40 minutes then I get error code 216 and then 770. Any help would Be VERY MUCH APPRICIATED I also tried allowing it on norton firewall that does not work My account is not underaged I dont know what it is also im on pcUI messed up after the EA app update
Ive been playing for almost a month but after the EA app update i started noticing some weird glitches in the game UI that would go away for a few seconds with a quick GPU reset (shift+ctrl+win+b) and come back. It was annoying but it was playable and now after approximately a week, the game completely got glitched up today, showing the character selection in hpv with half of it disappeared, and the game performance itself heavily affected to the point of unplayability (10 fps), with incorrect shadow patterns that got me really concerned about the GPU. But it turned out that this issue is only associated with BattleFront 2 and other games (including BattleField 2042, another EA title) are completely fine. I'd really appreciate some help with this one.
SWBF 2 Broken
This game is completely filled with hackers. I cannot play a single match without at least one person having an invincible character, or a flying gun character like Chewbacca and Han Solo. HVV, everyone plays modded Luke, BB9E, and Han constantly. It makes any instance of HVV completely impossible and not even worth playing. Any war campaign, you get sniped on the map even behind walls by the same person over and over. This has been my favorite game for nearly ten years. I no longer make any streaming content related to this game because of all the hackers and the toxic community. I will be forced to retire from my all time favorite game if EA doesnt start actually doing something. I have reported over 200 people, and I do not believe they have done a single thing. I am extremely disappointed with the community and with the company. Ive been waiting for BF3 for years, and I no longer care because of the terrible response.

After several days, once the host launches a party, we return to the menu... the servers are unstable, and none of them are in Seoul, we return to the menu all over the world... please search for an internet source... Regulatory goods are there in more screws, they are injouable
