Ea servers connection error

I've been trying to play ultimate team and this is unacceptable when I am trying to properly compete and getting kicked out because of poor servers. I played 13 matches and got kicked out 4 times. When I was winning in the game and ended up getting a loss on my record. This is not fair as streamers and other social media users does not have this problem and compensation or something is needed because this is unacceptable
