i've reinstalled my game and it worked

Try removing any other input peripherals you may have attached, joystick, steering wheel, guitar hero controller etc.

Try the suggestion from @EA_Barry , it's indeed a common cause for this kind of issue.
And if that doesn't help, I suggest checking if you have Discord's Gaming Overlay enabled, as that is notorious to mess up with the ingame controls on Battlefront II
