Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition - can't download
I've redeemed the code for this edition, from a physical copy but I cannot find it, so i can download it and it didn't download automatically. Please help.

Is this on PC? If so, what code did you redeem? There should be a 5x 5 letters and numbers code in the box

So you got a disc with it? What happens when you stick in the disc?

You might have to download the Deluxe pack from the store
