Elite Trooper Edition purchased, but missing Elite Trooper upgrade

I purchased the Battlefront II: Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition for my XBOX ONE through the XBOX store back on October 7th.  However, only the Standard version downloaded and I do not have the Elite Trooper upgrades.  Any suggestions on how to get the content downloaded?
