Emote issue with heroes in general.

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Within the game I am unable to use any emotes with Iden Versio and other heroes such as Chewbacca and Lando Calrissian.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? DARK_ALPHA_WOLF7
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 4-26-18
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 7:00 PM
In what game mode did the bug occur? Arcade Mode
What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Simply attempt to use an emote with Iden Versio.
What happens when the bug occurs? You are unable to hear or see any signs of your emote actually working.
What do you expect to see? Hopefully I may finally be able to “Avenge our Emperor” eventually if you catch my drift XD

I am aware that I’ve made a similar post like this before, but that was weeks ago and I have yet to receive a response so I assume it was unintentionally missed, I wish the devs good luck with the issues arising as of late. ~Lunaris

    I would hope that the specialist team is also well aware of the issue with Iden Versio helmless menu appearance emotes, during which while choosing which emotes to assign to the different d-pad configurations that her lips do not move while speaking, during any of the 4 emotes.

    Hero emotes not working has been a problem since launch. I kind of don't buy the "devs are still collecting examples" statement, as people have been reporting these not working for months and months and months.  There is plentiful and abundant info on the hero emotes not working, sorry.  And since we are talking about hero emotes, there is no way to get new hero emotes anymore.  It says they are "available in crates", but since the launch of the new progression system, there have been Zero crates with hero emotes in them.

    Hello fellow bug sufferers, I am making this post to organize our efforts in an attempt to finally get this bug fixed. I believe there are at least 40 posts similar to this one about the emotes not working via right d-pad and in some cases such as Leia and Iden both right and left d-pad. If we can get all of our knowledge and posts into one area, I believe we can finally get this resolved. below is a link to the new "central post" for this emotes issue. Please comment as well as giving + XP to those who have commented so that this post becomes a "hot post" that gets noticed. Thanks in advance.
