Emperor Palpatine's lightning going thru closed doors & floor

Sounds like a hack... Every time I play him he seems to take damage fine...

This was once a rare thing to see - now it seems to be -every- palpatine player you come up against.. Lightning hitting across the screen, around corners through floors and walls (coming out what seems to be metres from "solid" objects) and the players are virtually unkillable... I have the extended range card as well as the chain lightning healing card at blue level on my palp but there is no chance of me healing as quickly, reaching as far or killing en mass like some of these players. Something is definitely not right with it.
