Empty Lobbies for last 4 months

Summarize your bug In all Game Modes except for Galactic Assault and Heroes vs Villains I am unable to find a game. I get put into an empty lobby that never fills. This has been happening since June. At that time I could access some level but the last two updates has locked me out of all but GA and HvV.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure as it seems account or server related
What happens when the bug occurs? It spends time looking for a match then eventually loads one. Once loaded I end up in a lobby with maybe one other person in it. It never fills.
What do you expect to see? Full lobbies and a playable game

Have tried every suggestion posted for this problem on numerous times and it never is resolved. I have also tried changing servers and that does not fix the problem.
