Dang...it was bad enough getting that embrace the dark side with the old AI. I tried this after seeing your report, and yeah...the new AI does not come towards you anywhere near fast enough to get the counter up. I tried running around for a while before killing them, to see if they would kind of follow me and I could "round them up", so to speak, and that sort of worked, but once they were dead, the new AI that spawned in to take their place were nowhere near enough to me to get to them before time ran out. So I hear your frustration.
