Enforcer's Overload Ability Not Working

Summarize your bug Overload on Enforcer activates then immediately shuts off. The game will also activate fortify instead thinking I pressed the right bumper instead of both the left and right at the same time.

Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? I don't remember when, but I believe it was this past weekend or sometime last week
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Wasn't paying attention to time.
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happened randomly, I don't know if there is a way to replicate the bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't activate overload (left and right bumpers) and instead activates fortify (right bumper).

I was playing a match of Galactic Assault and decided to play enforcer a couple of times and at some point, while playing Enforcer, the overload ability refused to work. I would activate and it would immediately go on cooldown and would instead activate fortify, if available. This bug disappeared after I died so it wasn't really that much of an issue but I thought I would report it here to see if anyone else experienced it and could be potentially fixed one day. I'm not in a hurry to fix it as it doesn't seem common.
