Entering Ansel with Console Open will result in loss of Keyboard Control

Summarize your bug If you have your Console Open (by hitting the key " ` "), and then you hit the key that brings the Ansel Panel, then after closing your Console and hitting the ansel button again to get back to the game, you'll lose all functionality on your keyboard related to the game, except the Ansel button. You can't walk, run, dodge, jump or use any buttons of your keyboard, only the mouse commands work.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Custom Arcade mode, join a game with any settings, grab any unit, open up your console, and hit the Ansel button after it. In the ansel screen, close your Console, and hit the Ansel button again to get back to the game. The BUG is done and shall take effect.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing in the keyboard works, except commands for other apps or the OS itself, and the Ansel button. You can't use any buttons ingame, like walking, using skills, running, jumping, dodging, or even pressing Esc to get back to Menu.

I'd bring footage, but I can't show anything when nothing is working. The buttons don't do anything. only Mouse buttons work. I can Ctrl+Alt+Del, press the windows button to go back to desktop, hit Windows+Alt+R to record with Xbox gaming app for Windows 10, and press the button which brings me to the Ansel menu ingame, and take some beautiful pics 😛
