Error 1,757

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Since most recent patch I can only play one round of Multiplayer, at some point during the second round, the game will freeze and then I'll be kicked, with the error code 1,757. To be able to rejoin multiplayer I am required to restart the game, when the problem will happen again, any credits earns are also lost.

In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Galactic conquest?
What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes, reverts to first person view and then I am kicked.
What do you expect to see? I expect not to lose connection everytime i play multiplayer

    I put my PS4 in DMZ, seems to have solved it. I have a god awful Virgin Media "superhub" 3.0 router, what a mistake that was, plus I've yet to see anywhere close to 300mbps

    A friend of mine has the same error code 1757 problem. But the probleme is the loading screen on the  lootbox symbol. So he cant get lootboxes, because of that loading icon. See picture.

    EA SUCKSThey won’t resolve this I’ve sent multiple emails and chatted with their so-called game advisers and let me tell you nothing will get fixed so thanks the latest patch I can’t connect or get loot boxes but since I got the very the game I’ve had no problems connecting at all thanks guys

    I am still having this problem now. I got the ps4 pro bundle star wars battlefront edition yesterday. And since I started playing it have been having this problem ever since. My roommates works fine on the same network
