Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? idk you made the game. i completed "complete your training" challenge and my reward was a luke victory pose i may have already had, i'm not sure. now every time i use the main menu it randomly pops up, as well as "reward recieved!" several times in the corner

I noticed other people on here experiencing the same issue since the game came out. I find it absurd that they haven't bothered to fix it yet. Like it can't be that hard, right?
Same problem here. I've even completely reinstalled Windows and this still keeps happening. It's so ridiculously annoying. I've been searching for a fix for weeks and nothing. I'm afraid we might be stuck with this issue forever.
I have the same issue, this there must be a complaint until that EA sees and fixes !!!

Summarize your bug Every time I enter the main menu, I am greeted with « Sorry, we could not grant you your reward, please try again or check your inventory for new items. Error code: 2495 » I already have the emote, it’s the « Lack of Faith » emote and it’s supposed to grant me the crate for it but it isn’t, and it’s just displaying this error every time I enter the menu. I looked online to see if people also had the same problem and it appears they do, this is really a joke, this game is almost 3 years old and they haven’t fixed it yet ?!!!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you took the time and looked at the forums you’ll find plenty of people who have the bug already.
What happens when the bug occurs? It gives you the typical reward notification in the top right and then right afterwards it gives me the error notification.
What do you expect to see? I expect it to be gone.

Got the same thing when I unlocked the Kenobi emote!!! What is the update from Dice/EA
To me the error code 2.945 still persists, how do I do it? I do not receive the boxes there is the main "discovery" mission that I have completed but it remains in the inventory as a new completed objective and if the visualization does not deselect ... How do I do it? Please help me
(P. S.) They did not give me the cowardly chest and that of the main mission in hell ...
