Error 4,932 while i try to report a player

I found what created this problem
anti-malware software created this issue .perhaps any Real-Time scanner like antivirus (including embedded antivirus in win 10 ) can create this issue.
What i dd to solve the problem ? i added rules in the software to exclude all the Gaming folders from real time scanning , including the Origin folder and after the restart of the pc the In-game report worked as it should !
