Error 524 This account is not able to play online

Star Wars BattleFront 2 error code 524.

We cant play online with this game and does not connect to EA.

However, Fifa works perfectly fine so it is not our connection or X Box console.

Please advise as we have just paid £52  for the elite trooper edition.

    EDIT ; if your issue persists you need to create an incident using the Talk to a Game Advisor link on the left, and a Game Advisor will assist you.


    Select Star Wars Battlefront 2 from the list.


    Select a topic for the best results.


    Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.


    Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.


    Select live chat or call me to request a call back from an advisor

     

    -For Live Chat try to use Internet Explorer and you need to change your country of residence to the United Kingdom from the menu at the top of the screen.

     

    - In most countries are available between 09:00-21:00 Monday-Saturday

    Well EA is the type of company to buy a game and then ban or say you cant play i paid over 50 for the limited edition * and i cant even play it
