Okay, So, could you please tell us when/where do you get this error? What game? Please tell us more information as much as possible.
Same problem on my end. Xbox One and Battlefront 2.
When trying to signing to the EA servers in Star Wars Battlefront II I get a 524 error code along with the message stating "Sorry, this account is not able to play online. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information.
I have gone to the URL provided and nothing seems to apply. I have an adult X-Box account with it's own X-Box live subscription. Also there are no content restrictions set on my X-Box account.
I've tried the crappy EA support a couple of times and just end up on hold for way too long (over an hour) waiting for technical support to respond. Which so far, once I'm transferred to them, they never do.
