Same issue. Xbox one. I can play but my sulking teenager can't. It's Star Wars!

He has 18+ privileges on Xbox live

Same Problem with my children. Adult Account on Xbox and EA. Also we cannot link the EA Profil with Xbox (like my EA Account). But my children can play Garden Warfare 2 online????
Please help. (Germany)
