Just curious but could it be because you both need an Xbox Live account? I’m just guessing because I’m having the same issue.

Hi! Tes, maybe. But it works on FIFA17/18 and NHL 17/18 etc. It seems its just Battlefront II having this issue. My son wants to play online...
