I too am having this problem, I can play but my son can't.
I have followed all of EA's and Xbox's help guides but it fails.
It did work for 5 mins, but once we logged out it won't work again.
Perhaps I will try to use the Force or is that Farce.
Same problem on my end. 524 is a killer without EA support
Exactly the same problem here.
why is it not working? Does EA even know about this?
