Error 524
Just got Xbox series s and getting error 524. Can someone please help with this! Looks like it was an issue back in September but I’m experiencing it now and can’t find a way to contact anyone

Looks like you were looking at existing posts (which is a good thing). This one doesn't apply?
You should be able to contact EA support directly via one of the methods described on that page. Options are dependent on geography and time of day.
