If you search this forum, you will see 721 mentioned multiple times. As this post suggests, it's pretty much just something you have to deal with, if you want to play this game.

You're not alone, I keep getting this error also - has anyone found a way to fix it, or do their servers just not work/or are supported anymore? It's funny to me that the older games work just fine but this is the newer one and it doesnt
