Error 721 with pre-purchased deluxe edition

The 10th would mean you have the trial download - which means some files may be missing, and you are reccomended to redownload the game from the pre-load/download (early access, not the trial). I had to do this.

Specifically to the error 721, we are different OS so I am not sure. But I talked with support and they said some files were missing from some trial installs :S

try game reinstall if you want, or contact support, that's my tid bits of commenting 🙂

Well thanks a bunch for the help. If that link you sent me is correct then I have to reinstall it all over again because I didn't do it in order and it's still not working ☹️

Not sure why repair wouldn't fix the issue after removing old files but oh well.

The order of the list itself is me trying to figure out what would be easiest to try first haha :P

Somebody else had this problem and applied fixes in a specific order was then able to play the game, which they previously hadn't beeb able to.

That's also on the list 🙂 I like to use the word plethora - for the number of bugs/fixes there are haha 🙂

I am also receiving a 721 error message with my pre-ordered Deluxe Edition. I did not touch the BETA at all and I am playing on an Xbox One from Victoria, Australia.

I have attempted deleting and reinstalling the game but this has had no effect on the error.

adding the ports and white listing swbf2 on antivirus fixed it for me!

After deleting a reinstalling the game 3 times per suggestion(deleting old files too) I still get error 721. I've made sure the game is allowed through firewall. I thought I had AVG installed but I'm just running windows defender(yes I've turned that off too). All ports are open to EA but maybe I have yet to try adding new ports.

Keep us updated because i still dont have access, and i've tried reinstalling the game, using Google's DSN, creating a new Windows 10 Admin Account and trying on there and still "no DICE" (pun intended). I also did a IPv6 test here http://216.218.228.119/ and it says "Your DNS server (possibly run by your ISP) appears to have no access to the IPv6 Internet" so i wonder if that's my issue, i will ask EA now.

But on PS 4.Any other games works fine online.Have ps plus ofc,ive restarted router,conected with the cable,deleted save data,reinstaled game

nothing works.still offline

ive read somwhere that if you have your IPv6 then you need to call your internet provider to change it to IPv4.and thats solve the problem for most people

but not for me couse ive already have ipv4 ;/ 

i really wanted to check and judge  this game for myself ☹️
