Community Admin@Klingon06 Hi, what system are you playing on? If you're on PC please check that your firewall isn't blocking the game or Origin.
Have you always had this issue
The error message is a generic "no connection" one, so hopefully some troubleshooting will help you into the MP part of the trial.

- I’m on PC, I’ve had the problem since I got the trial I had no problem with the beta at all.
I don’t think it’s the firewall as I play Fifa 18 online all the time. I’d try uninstalling and reinstalling but fear I’d lose my trial time. I want to buy the game just need this sorting first- EA_David
@Klingon06 Hey, the trial and beta can sometimes be seen as different programs by security software, so sometimes games that should be auto-whitelisted aren't.
In any case a reinstall wouldn't lead to a loss of trial time, but I'd start by explicitly choosing to remove and re-add the game to your security exceptions lists
@06allcottd Again, this seems to be a connection-based issue. Can you check your firewall/security software? Make sure to check that Origin is whitelisted too.Thanks.
- I port forwarded the game and my security requested I allow it and now it’s working ok. Thanks for the help

Different games requires different permissions/ certificates to access online features. Disabling the antivirus and windows firewall from both Control panel and your antivirus will fix this issue.
I would suggest you to add exception for Origin and the game in Antivirus and firewall settings.
Im having this issue with the full version of the deluxe edition of the game. HELP!!!!!!

This PROBLEM is still alive.
It is not an issue, it is a problem.
Further it is annoying to be kicked out of a running game again and again...and...guess...again!!!
I repeat.
All port settings are done.
No other game, and I really mean it, is causing that problem.
Give all of us a work around or an update.

- I’m getting the same message on Xbox!!! It says connect I click it and it says connecting. Then it says you have lost connection to ea severs. Some other stuff. Error 770

I'm playing on PS4 and as of last night 1/17/18 I have had error code 770 pop up or error code 721 pop up preventing me from getting on the servers. Is there any way to fix this?

It’s only been happening the last two days, I keep being booted mid game to a screen that displays the error770 is a Code for "no Connection".
Maybe your Provider has some prob´s atm.
- After two weeks I figured it out I just either change the WiFi u use to get online or reset the router
- Is your ps4 connected wirelessly or Ethernet cable? as i was using wierless but as soon as I connected through Ethernet cable I have not had the issue since, so I would try that first.

You are confirming what I suppected,
EA HAS BLOCKED WI FI ACCESS TO THEIR GAMES
So its ethernet cable or no connection with wireless 4G.

Happening to me too. All the usual troubleshooting yeilds no results.
- Try to isolate the problem youself.
Error 770 = No connection
I tried different 4g router, still getting error 770 so then looked at ps4.
Is it no connection to all games or just one game.?
I cound not connect to swbf2, other games I could.
Deleting saved data and restoring licence worked.
While the cause may not be the same for everyone
You have router, console, console set up,
the game, game data, game licence, psn licence.
Find which part is not working and replace it.
Failing that reset everything and set up all again.
