I had this same issue with beta error 770 unable to connect I am running a PC and have check all firewall settings but still can not play multiplayer, there was no solution when this was brought up in the beta area can please offer a solution to issue as it is becoming very annoying.
This has been up for 7hrs with no response there should be a fix by now, payed over $100 for this game and can not play multiplayer.

Ok so I have found my issue and it was a firewall issue it was the advanced hacker firewall in AVG I had to go into the advance program settings and change the settings for Battlefront 2 this is a new feature with AVG but it only has affected Battlefront 2, so if you are running AVG look into that.
I thought I had covered off all firewall settings until I found this extra setting, feel real stupid now but at least I can play multiplayer.
Im still having issues with it and ive checked my bullguard firewall i dont think its interfering. i really need help

I just downloaded the latest patch (12/13/2017) and all of a sudden I'm getting the same Error Code 770 message.
EA chat session is now going on 1 hour 30 minutes and it seems tech support is just guessing and had me run a half hour repair which did nothing.
How do I get a refund?
- Here we are 2 months later and the problem isn’t fixed. This has never happened to me on Fortnight and that game is free!
- Fortnite is by epic games.
EA servers are the problem with error 770.
Wow, awesome sauce, almost a year later I buy the game, have this ISSue an see it's just another broken game. Nice to keep learning it's not worth the money.
- This is day two of error codes and nothing wrong with my Internet or ps4 I'm starting to get real pissed off not only do u pay over 100$ for the game but I'm losing out on the 69.99$ I paid for the year of online gaming ea really needs to fix this fast
