8 years ago@Klingon06 Hey, the trial and beta can sometimes be seen as different programs by security software, so sometimes games that should be auto-whitelisted aren't.
In any case a reinstall wouldn't lead to a loss of trial time, but I'd start by explicitly choosing to remove and re-add the game to your security exceptions lists
@06allcottd Again, this seems to be a connection-based issue. Can you check your firewall/security software? Make sure to check that Origin is whitelisted too.
Thanks.

8 years agoHey EA_David, I'm having this issue as well. I went through everything in the troubleshooting document. The network seems fine as other devices connect fine. Three other stations, none of them get a 770. So then I moved to the client. No other security stuff other than windows defender and I turned it completely off. I've connected directly to the cable modem. I've rebooted that. I removed a USB wireless NIC and that actually solved the issue for a few days but now it's back to a 770 after a reboot and I'm troubleshooting again. Has there been any developer motion on this issue internally? I have bought 4 copies of this game and I have one kid constantly sitting out because it doesn't work on his box. This is awful.
- Anonymous8 years agoSame problem on PS4 here. Literally bought this game and haven't been able to play online which is why I bought it. Can someone please address this issue? It seems to be a huge problem and there is no resolution over several months.
Can we be refunded?
