6 years agoDownloaded data may have been corrupted during the download process on the PS4.
Try the following suggestions
- Delete the content from Home Screen > Restart the system > Re-download the content from the Library.
- If the error occurs again, review your local network settings. You can try change to a static IP and/or change your DNS server connection.
- If the error occurs again there may be an issue with the PS4's hard drive (HDD). If you're using the original HDD, Go to [Settings] > [Initialization] > [Initialize PS4] and try the PS4 initialization. If you have previously changed the HDD, try using the original HDD.
- If none of these suggestions resolve the error, please contact SCEA for additional technical support.

- 6 years ago@EA_Barry I have done all of those things more than once and it did not work. The problem is that it only happens with Battlefront 2. I have downloaded other games since the purchase and they downloaded and worked perfectly. Also, as mentioned above, my internet connection works well and I did not apply any changes to the HDD (did initialize the PS4 twice as a part of my tries to solve the problem, though)
