Summarize your bug Since the last patch, duribg Galactic Assault and Extraction, every 2 or so matches the game freezes, crashes and then gives a error code of 1757. There is NOTHING wrong with my internet connection.

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) All the time
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? CST - GMT - 6:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Nothing I can do from my side.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes, crashes and looses connection to EA servers. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection.
What do you expect to see? I wmexoect to see this problem corrected IMMEDIATELY and for the problem/solution communicated to the community.

Summarize your bug Apology Crates were removed or are missing. I had received 100 apology crates for credits or parts I did not receive during normal progression. There was no stipulation that these crates were a limited time feature so I sat on them. They have now “disappeared”.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No known steps to resolve this bug from the user side.
What happens when the bug occurs? The apology crates have been removed
What do you expect to see? I am requesting that the “apology crates” be restored to me and the many other players who lost them after the most recent update.
