It seems that after deleting and redone loading it, I can get into games much easier. Thanks for all the help
Before the update I used the default ping site and it worked fine. But after like I said it keeps crashing. I changed the ping site and none of them work. What can we do know?

To be honest I don’t really understand what a DxDiag but from what I’m aware of, I don’t believe I am able to send you one from a ps4. If you know how please tell me as I enjoy the game and want to get back to playing online.
Community ManagerThought you were on PC. For PS4 we can try some quick steps that shouldn't take too long. If it's been crashing on you quite consistently, try a power cycle below. That's the best step to try first.
Power Cycle
If you have the game installed on an external hard drive, make sure there aren't files on both the internal and external drive. That can cause some weird performance issues. If that's the case, I would reinstall. We've seen players have success avoiding crashes going from an external to internal.
The team is aware of some crashing on larger modes like Capital Supremacy and looking into it though.Updates on that can be found here.
Just tried the power cycle and it hasn’t changed anything. What should I do now?
