I am wondering why my game crashes when I launch the game?

This is the error i Get when the game crashes.

I've done everything I can, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I've repaired the game, I've checked that there isn't multiple downloads of this game in other drives, and I don't know what else to do. Can someone please help me?
