Error Code 216

I get error code 216 whenever I try to play battlefront 2 online, its saying its a problem with my internet but I know its not because every other game I have I can connect just fine, except battlefi...

    I fixed it, my internet protection service called Circle was the problem. I disconnected my computer from it and now it works for both battelfront 2 and battlefield 1.

Check your modem security. Your security protocol is probably too high. Something with those ipv4/6 ports. I put my modem at medium security for this game so it can use the ports.
