Error Code 376 every time I try to connect to online

Question

Every time I try to go online, I keep getting an error code 376 that reads, "You must be signed in to your EA account to access online features."

But I checked and I was able to confirm that I was logged in AND that my EA app was online. It also confuses me because my username was able to be viewed once I clicked on the little symbol next to, "You are offline" and my EA account username was there. I thought this indicated that I was logged in but apparently not?

This is super frustrating, I got this game so that I may play online but it's tweaking. Can anybody help?

- Is this happening over multiple days?
- Are you using the same account you used to purchase the game?
- Did you purchase directly in EA app or via another launcher like Steam? You need to launch from wherever you purchased the game.
