I see this is marked at solved…. I seriously doubt it. I have same message, and I’ve been trying to dispute it for two weeks or so now. I just get told that they “investigated thoroughly” and will not reverse the ban. They also won’t tell me how I supposedly cheated to be banned in the first place. I guess that is top secret information. Good luck getting unbanned. Especially if you’re not guilty of what you’re being accused of… seems to not matter.
