Error Code: 4975 Issues

I have an EA account: SARKIS-017 that is linked exactly to my psn of the same name. Now I don’t know why but when I try logging to EA using the ps4 login it shows the account as invalid. I have access to all my emails and when I tried logging into battlefront 2 it shows it as invalid error code: 4975. I was able to make a new account SARK-120 using my psn email: [edit: email address removed] that is supposed to be the same email I used for the EA Account. I tried account recovery but it honestly confused me with what they require for info as the account itself seems to be deleted or invalid but I used the same email to make SARK-120. Another thing to note I cannot link SARK-120 and SARKIS-017 even though they share the same email. I have no idea what to do at this point and have seen others dealing with this problem.

    @SARK-120 you can have different emails on the PSN and EA account they don't need to be the same.

    For sorting this issue is not something we can do on AHQ and as its account related, I would follow the steps you have been given from support.

    @SARK-120 you can have different emails on the PSN and EA account they don't need to be the same.

    For sorting this issue is not something we can do on AHQ and as its account related, I would follow the steps you have been given from support.
