Error code 4,975

The game won’t let me connect online. It tells me to reset password I did that but it still wouldn’t let me connect online. Then I try to connect and it says error code 4,975.

    Hello, I have problems linking my EA account with my Xbox, I previously had the account linked to my Xbox 360, but now I have a series x, I get error 4975, how do I solve that?
