Hey @EA_Lanna ,
As I explained in the original thread your team deleted for feeling "called out" even though all I did was state the facts, this issue has trascended homes and like 3 or 4 different hardware configurations and 6 or 8 different service providers, from three different continents, on my experience alone.
Furthermore, this is not an issue I alone am experiencing, nor an issue that comes and goes. It is persistent and amply documented in this board alone. If we were to include other forums such as reddit, gamefaqs etc, there are literal tens of thousands of us experiencing this issue with the different flavors of error codes. Ultimatedly, the game is unstable at best, and has been for the past 5 years.
Furthermore, I also own Battlefield One and Battlefield V, as well as Anthem. All of them on Origin. Strangely enough, I do not experience disconnects nearly often neough on these games. It is exclusive to SWBFII.
My own testing, plus the fact that I also use other Origin games without issue, plus the literal tens of thousands of players experiencing this same issue for the past 5 years, plus living in 3 different continents, plus the rule of probability points this issue to be on EA's end.
When can we expect EA to take ownership of the issue and adress the very clearly documented EA's problem?
