Just as a heads up - I contacted my Broadband provider and they said they made a small fix to their Network. Things are working fine now and I'm no longer having this error.

I have had maybe two of these crashes since my original post
not sure exactly what was causing so many, but it's better now

    @EA_AticYou know what could really help us fans/players? U could fix your internet servers because you never have and no wonder we've been having internet issues with your company for years, and i think it's about time someone stood up and says something, so I'm saying it. FIX YOUR GODDAMN INTERNET SERVERS!!! I like the Star Wars Battlefront games, but when this crap happens... I'm fed up with it. because don't even bother making a game that requires internet if your internet servers aren't gonna work properly... simple as that!
    
    So block me, delete me, ban me, I don't care, but as long as your internet servers aren't fixed I'm not playing.

@EA_Atic I'm having this exact same issue on PS4! It started maybe two weeks ago, and was totally fine before that. A match is going perfectly and then all of a sudden I get disconnected and "Error 672 You have lost connection to EA servers" is on my screen.

I have a good stable fibre connection

So far I've tried every step in the connectivity guide, including hard resetting everything, using a wired Ethernet connection, and changing my DNS settings.

Could you please look into this again? It's really frustrating and has only been happening for a couple of weeks, I love this game and want to be able to play a full match without disconnecting thanks

  @Adifax from my understand you are getting this now every time you are trying to connect to the game? Or was it a one time deal for you?

  @Adifax I agree, it is VERY frustrating! And it should be EA's main and primary objective to fix their internet servers so that we can actually play their games for what video games are made for!

You need to fix this, and soon. Battle front regularly gives me connection errors on PS4. I have diagnosed the problem every way that I can. Including: Changing DNS, Static IP, LAN, Deleting and reinstalling, Regularly power cycling my PS4, deleting corrupted saves. It's clear that whatever the problem is it's not happening on my end. Please fix your game!
