Error code 721 on Xbox One

I play SWBF2 a lot, and I mean a lot. Lately however, I’ve been getting hit with the good old error code 721. I saw this was happening across all platforms, and that it has apparently been fixed. Um.... no it has not. Playing with my friends becomes incredibly frustrating since I get completely kicked from the match. I’ve tried everything, and saw another thread talking about how that’s happening on the PS4. I ran tests on my Xbox, and everything seemed completely normal.This has become my favorite multiplayer game. However, that may change if no action is taken, as this has been an issue for 4 weeks, and some since 2018.

    Hey @SWBFmaster2002  thew error code in self means that where a network interruptions from you to the server. So that can mean anything from you to any of the ISP server outing causing the drop for the error. 

    What we do recommend is our network guide but I assume you already had a look?

    I would like to apologize for that rant. I got carried away. But I use a cable connection, Ethernet. The error codes change from 721 to 672. I looked into both, and I did the power cycle. What I noticed is that I have to get connection loss twice and then it doesn’t happen again or for a bit longer. I don’t know what else I can do, or if it’s something else. Thank you for your response, I would like to apologize for how angry I was before.
