Error code 721 was not fixed
The article that was posted by EA about fixing the issue does not fix the issue. This error is so common Ia m sure that EA just don't have an answer to the fix.

@jf3000 it means the servers of this games is kinda overload and busy, just wait for a couple of times and try it again
