Error code 721
I can not go online it keeps on saying Error 721 can anyone help

I installed Star Wars Battlefront 2 on my ps4 about a week ago and still can't access the online mode for the game. It pops up with a error code 721 and sometimes 770. I have called the customer support and they just walked me through trouble shooting procedures. Help needed!
