Error code 721
I can not go online it keeps on saying Error 721 can anyone help

When I launch the game it's in offline mode, error code 721 and I've been trying for an hour! I could deal with the lag but not with servers down completely. This BS has to stop EA!
Same, I'm on PC, couldn't log in to Origin and now error 721, nothing works.
