Error code 721
I can not go online it keeps on saying Error 721 can anyone help

I can only imagine some people at EA at this point wish this game had never come out. It's gotten so much bad press and now this (which isn't just a BF2 issue).
BTW - I suppose I'll point out the bright side...
An hour ago, I couldn't even log into Origin. At least now I can get into Origin - just can't get BF2 online yet.
That's progress. 🙂
Can someone be sure to post a reply when it's back up, so all of us subscribed to the post get an email?
@DarthFDG Same here, couldnt log in to Origin an hour ago and now it seems solved but still can't login to battlefront 2. Funny thing is EA claimed everything is fixed on twitter:

I was wondering how long it would take the news outlets to report this. Here's my answer...
In Michigan. Can log into Origin, can open BF2, cannot connect to serves and play BF2 (error 721).
Tested BF1, was able to open, connect to servers, and play,

Yep - article I posted mentions 3 specific games that are impacted - FIFA 18, BF2 and Battlefield 1.
There is no signal from EA to point out that they are aware of this issue, There has been a signal concerning the Origin login issue and now that it has been fixed, it looks like their com guy went back to sleep,

I sent them something on Twitter 13 minutes ago and no response.
I'm guessing they're getting slammed - whoever "they" is at this time of day.
Interesting that this is apparently not specific to a data center - i.e. it's a world-wide outage. Someone's going to have some explaining to do at work tomorrow...
OK now it says error code 327 and that EA is down and working on it. At least thats something

I am from Mexico, i can't play, error 721. (I buy the game yesterday)
Concerning the current issue, EA staff saif on twitter:
Hey there. The tweet above was specifically referring to the issues with logging into the Origin client. The team is still investigating the issues that are happening with the game servers. Thanks for bearing with us while they work on getting it fixed. -Kent

Pc here, also getting a 721 error code in game. This has never happened to me before.

Where you seeing that? The most recent one I see is the one mentioned earlier.
this is *!!! I ve been getting the same error code myself. got the game for xmas and had no issues until a couple of hours ago. EA tweeted problem was fixed yet I still getting the error code. and nothing from them to say what, why, or what to do to fix the issue. these type of problems with having to log into multiple accounts for games have been going on for years now and they still force us users to deal with the BS of it..... fix this problem now ...we dont spend all this money for games to be this buggy and glitchy...

Running PC Deluxe played Campaign then got out and noticed I was off line.
Origin working and online but BF2 will not connect code 721
