@Cowenss- error 721 is a connection issue - try resetting your router. What region and platform are you on?
Thank you so much for trying to help. I have checked my connection and multiplayer connection countless times and it says everything is. Running perfectly but for some reason I still getting error code 721. I play Xbox one. Eastern US.
@Cowenss- I'm Xbox one Australia and have had this problem but not regularly. Generally a hard reset of my Xbox or router will fix it. Go to this link https://help.ea.com/en-au/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
and go through all the tips that you haven't already. If you can't fix using the basic tips then scroll down the first page until you find a heading "Still Not Working" Follow the instructions for Uotrace (you will have to do these procedures on PC) and then the rest of the suggestions. These test will show your ISP's traffic as well. Repost here with a screenshot of the Uotrace result.
