DICE TeamHeya, its a known issue and the following workaround have been reported to work.
Try the following troubleshooting:
- Reconnect the game it's going to freeze for about 60 seconds and then you will get error 721.
- Try reconnection again after that.
- Should work.

I've been doing that all day and if any difference it changes error code from 721 to 770
