Error code: 918 (connection online for SW BF II)

I am unable to connect to Star Wars Battlefront 2 to play online. I play every night and I get on to try to play and I get this message.

"The EA account is restricted from accessing any online features. If you believe you have received this message in error, please contact customer support. See ea com/unable-to-connect for additional information.

Error code :918"

I have found a similar post about this issue and it was because they were possibly banned and had to appeal it. But I go to My Account, and click My ban History and it says I have no history. 

I cannot find a similar help topic anyone on the website that would be a solution for this. Who can I contact to help me with this
??? I cant find a phone number, email, only twitter which I don't have, and that too seems more of a way to follow them for updates, not formal customer service contact.
