I've signed out of everything, (Xbox app, Epic app, EA app, Steam app and rebooted. Signed out then uninstalled. Verified all accounts use the same email. Still have same issue. Would be nice if I could reach some sort of support to help troubleshoot but looks like EA doesn't wish to facilitate that with their current support system.
The system automatically opens a new ticket when I respond to the email from support. It's not something I'm doing on purpose, just a poorly built system.
The text "Double account causing issue 918" is text written by me and is the title of the support ticket. "No Fix" is just some random disposition used by support, they also marked the one under that ticket with "Fixed" when it hadn't been.
