Error codes 1757 & 721

Hey @tenngoat Sorry to hear about the issue you are having experiencing with SWBF2.  Error code 721 (Unable to connect to EA servers)  Something is not working as it should from from you to us. Server are up and running and we see players playing. 

What region are you playing in and what nat type is your PS4 on? 

I recommend that you are following our connective troubleshooting guide.

I am happy to report that the error I was experiencing has not occurred in a several days. I have done nothing at my end other than reset my system and router (as I stated in the original message). The problem just seemed to go away. I am in North America and was not having any issues with my ISP or any other game except Battlefront II. I will continue to monitor (I play every day in the evenings between 9pm-12am central daylight time USA) and if the problem occurs again, I will be sure to contact you. Thank you for taking the time to respond to my problem. I greatly appreciate it. tenngoat

hello , i wrote on the forum this morning because i was not able to access the bug report . F03HAMMER gave me some tips but it didn't work. i shut down my xbox, erase the temporary data saved etc i did everthing you guys told me many months ago. 

right now i can access the answers.ea.com but i didn't try to play bf2.  i will try later tonight.

i tried other online games this afternoon and everything was fine. did you have any issues with xbox one players or other games/websites ? 

i looked at the subjets discussed by the community on the forum and nobody except me seems to have problems this afernoon.

Over the last 2/3 weeks I have been experiencing some connectivity issues when playing Star Wars Battlefront II on PS4 Pro.

After a match starts I can only play between 1 & 6 minutes before the game then freezes, finally crashing the game.

When I try to restart the game, it gives me error codes 1757 and /or 721. I have restarted the game but it tells me I am “offline” and can’t connect to the server. 

I have contacted Sony, my ISP and they tell me there is no issues their side of things.

I’ve followed the ea advice; restoring my account settings, rebooting my console and modem all to no avail.

Can soneone look look into this for me and let me know if this has been reported and is known?    I’d like to know if this is a known issue and what is being done to correct it. 

I also have this problem with battlefront 2 along with origin disconnecting my internet. I downloaded EA Desktop and it didn’t fix the problem, changed my proxy, and reinstalled origin twice. Did the same with Battlefield 1 when I played that 3 or 4 years ago too.
